Requirements:
7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner account management Experience in fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud solutions Demonstrated success in carrying and exceeding revenue quotas through partner ecosystems Experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration, and partner pipeline management Strong business acumen and negotiation skills Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM, attribution, co-sell tracking) Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
Own a Revenue Quota Manage pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing activities through assigned partners Own a defined book of business of active partners Identify, recruit, and activate new partners Build and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and co-sell motions Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and report on partner pipeline, forecast, and attainment Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations Deliver enablement sessions to partners Develop and launch demand generation initiatives with measurable pipeline results Serve as the voice of the partner to influence product strategy
