5-7+ years in partner/channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms. Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and pipeline/revenue generation. Familiarity with digital, performance, and creative agency operations. Existing relationships within the North American agency landscape is a plus. Comfortable influencing across functions and aligning incentives. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
