Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Partner Management and/or Business Development within the technology sector.
Demonstrated repeated success in leading partner engagement plans that consistently exceed revenue targets, preferably in the NA and/or APAC regions.
Proven ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with the direct management of strategic partner accounts (GSI/GSA).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and consistently communicate results via tools like SFDC.
Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the NA/APAC Partner Manager team to surpass partner-sourced and total/involved revenue targets.
Execute the regional GSI/GSA strategy across North America and Asia-Pacific for high-impact delivery and market penetration.
Act as a player-coach by directly managing two strategic partner accounts.
Manage and optimize regional partner operations, including GTM planning, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
Foster strong alignment between the Partner team and Camunda Sales Management.
