Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Partner Management and/or Business Development within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated repeated success in leading partner engagement plans that consistently exceed revenue targets, preferably in the NA and/or APAC regions.
  • Proven ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with the direct management of strategic partner accounts (GSI/GSA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and consistently communicate results via tools like SFDC.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the NA/APAC Partner Manager team to surpass partner-sourced and total/involved revenue targets.
  • Execute the regional GSI/GSA strategy across North America and Asia-Pacific for high-impact delivery and market penetration.
  • Act as a player-coach by directly managing two strategic partner accounts.
  • Manage and optimize regional partner operations, including GTM planning, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Foster strong alignment between the Partner team and Camunda Sales Management.
