Responsibilities:
Map the North American digital agency and consultancy ecosystem Define the criteria, structure, and segmentation for our agency program Identify, engage, and sign new agency partners Co-create joint value propositions and campaign assets with partners Execute integrated go-to-market plans Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Finance to structure partnership models Establish and track KPIs across partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention Continuously optimize partner engagement
