5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or technical Support). Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams. Experience developing and delivering technical training materials. Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proactive, programmatic mindset with talent for building relationships. Experience working with the channel partner ecosystem in Latin America. Must live in Miami or Texas. Ability to travel up to 40% within the LATAM region. Professional fluency in Spanish. Portuguese is strongly preferred.
