Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 2+ years of previous work experience in brand marketing and/or experiential marketing
  • Proven ability to create an impactful event from start to finish
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and willing to support all aspects of event delivery
  • Creative, analytical thinker and creative problem solver that thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about storytelling through brand marketing
  • Passion for health and wellness industry
  • Detail oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related software
  • Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup is a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a bonus
Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute community and VIP (influencer/media) event strategy
  • Work closely with third-party vendors for seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate financial terms with partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and promotion with event goals
  • Establish success criteria, analyze event impact, and prepare post-event recommendations
  • Support upcoming activations like Dry January and Journey East to West
  • Source and secure brand collaborations aligning with company values
  • Execute brand proposals and manage outreach and follow-ups
  • Manage run-of-show documents
  • Track cultural landscape, competitive environment, and consumer trends
  • Manage partnership budgets and negotiate terms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into business objectives
  • Manage hospitality partnerships and pitch for in-room amenities and other activations
