3-5 years of marketing experience (brand, product, or retail marketing; CPG/DTC or beverage experience is a plus). Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel product launches (retail, DTC, online). Experience producing sales collateral and shopper marketing assets. Strong project management skills for managing stakeholders, timelines, and production schedules. Experience managing creative workflow from brief to production and maintaining an asset library. Clear and proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills; copywriting experience is a plus. Data-driven with comfort in measurement and reporting (campaign KPIs, dashboards, post-launch learnings). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with basic marketing tools and eager to learn new platforms.
