- Review the curriculum aligned to the group assignment before each group begins.
- Arrive approximately 10 minutes early and facilitate each group for the full hour.
- Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts using current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
- Foster client engagement, group cohesion, and participation during sessions.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and group supervision.
- Collaborate with primary therapists, care experience specialists, care coaches, and clinical leadership.
- Communicate with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
- Complete treatment notes within the required 24-hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards.
- Complete onboarding requirements within two weeks and attend monthly supervisor check-ins.
