Requirements:
  • Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a mental health field required.

  • Collaborate with the Care Delivery Manager to oversee scheduling, after-hours support, and weekend coverage for the Crisis Manager team.
  • Work cross-functionally with other department leads and supervisors to ensure effective collaboration and maintain continuity of care across the organization.
