Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
