- Provide individual and group therapy to clients trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain a clinical caseload of 25–35 clients, depending on program needs and administrative time.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
- Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure appropriate fit and timely access to care.
- Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, case discussions, treatment planning, and program development.
- Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal and reproductive mental health.
- Create and present client-facing education, workshops, or support groups for community engagement.
- Represent the MMH program at events and advocate for maternal mental health.
