Lead and execute WelbeHealth’s employment legal strategy in support of a diverse workforce and multi-state operations.
Serve as the lead legal advisor on all employment litigation and pre-litigation matters from intake through resolution.
Manage all claims and disputes brought by third parties.
Oversee sensitive internal investigations involving employee complaints and regulatory exposure.
Maintain current knowledge of key federal and state employment law and advise on regulatory matters.
Develop and implement strategies and tools to minimize employment-related litigation risk.
Draft employment related documents such as policies, separation agreements, and arbitration agreements.
Lead employment-law readiness for entry into new states.
Support training initiatives for team members on compliance, risk awareness and preventative practices.
Work directly with outside counsel on issues requiring specialized legal consultation.
