About WelbeHealth

WelbeHealth helps frail seniors live better, longer, and more independently. You will join a mission-driven team dedicated to comprehensive medical and social care. We deliver our unique PACE model (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) to participants, coordinating all their medical and supportive services. Founded in 2015, WelbeHealth serves seniors at no cost through Medi-Cal or dual Medicare/Medi-Cal eligibility. We operate multiple PACE centers across California, including recent expansions in Carson, Riverside, Coachella Valley, and San Jose. This work allows thousands of vulnerable seniors to fully participate in life.
