Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects of medium to high complexity produced by one or more 3rd parties
  • Track and report on the overall planning, control, status, and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties to ensure all project activity is completed within the agreed deadlines and budget
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and accompanying status using Workfront
  • Determine risk and contingency planning for projects
  • Acts as project “champion” through MLR process, ensuring timely and accurate  submissions by 3rd parties, participating in MLR reviews as needed
