- Export 15 years of legacy Siebel CRM data, including file attachments, and verify completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze Siebel database schemas and data models to plan extraction processes.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs to ingest extracted data into ServiceNow CSM.
- Map, transform, and cleanse data before ingestion.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams to define and validate ingestion specifications.
