  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or another related field is required.
  • 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or tele sales capacity.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification and account development.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, and enthusiastic.
  • Able to perform basic calculations.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to sales events.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Identify decision makers in targeted leads.
  • Penetrate accounts and radiate sales within client base.
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
  • Ensure follow-up on leads with complete information.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses.
  • Support marketing efforts like trade shows.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Emphasize product features and prepare sales orders.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
