Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales team as the expert in translating our product solutions into compelling stories.
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of customer use cases/persona and the core capabilities of our platform.
  • Closely partner with product management to ensure we are delivering on end-to-end scenarios that meet customer needs and to execute well-received product/feature launches.
  • Keep up with the ever changing environment of AI for CX through industry news and events, analyst reports, and social conversations to educate key internal constituents and drive awareness/demand.
  • Deliver key messages and feedback to enable our SDR and marketing marketing teams to execute relevant digital and event-based campaigns and programs.
  • Develop strategy and training to support the full sales cycle, including product demos, sales training, technical content, competitive intelligence.
