- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Experience with Contact Center, Customer Experience, or AI software.
- Experience and interest in field sales.
- Passion for solutions-oriented consultative sales.
- Demonstrable record of setting and exceeding sales goals.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for making customers successful.
- Current personal experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs.
- Strong understanding of developing human centric CX experiences, enterprise systems and Consulting.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with prospects and customers.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for landing new business in the UK and western Europe.
- Collaborate with marketing, SDR team, GM, and U.S.-based resources on events and activities to generate interest and advance sales opportunities.
- Own a new business quota and achieve pipeline and sales targets.
- Travel to events and customer on-sites, at least 25% of the time.
- Lead new business sales strategies including discovery, problem identification, vision casting, custom proposals, ROI analysis, project planning, and deal negotiation.
