Define and execute a freemium strategy for converting free GreyNoise users into paying customers. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, product trainings, sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and more. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and support them with the necessary tools and information to close deals effectively. Develop compelling top and middle-of-funnel content that articulates the benefits and differentiators of GreyNoise's products, such as product data sheets, white papers, customer testimonials, blog posts, webinars, and more. Manage external communications related to product updates and launches, including press releases, analyst relations, social media announcements, and website updates. Regularly gather feedback from customers to inform product and GTM strategy. Act as a spokesperson for GreyNoise at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
