Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media roles with significant budget or P&L responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor first- and third-party performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights, partnering with marketing and e-commerce on performance and testing efforts
  • Design and maintain relevant dashboards and reporting mechanisms
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support acquisition campaigns and events (i.e. holidays)
  • Manage and brief external partners and support to ensure aligned execution
  • Partner with various internal functions to support annual and other media plans that integrate into larger business plans and calendars
