Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B paid media, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns while maintaining efficiency and driving revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, ad creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget pacing.
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset with a passion for digital marketing and paid media innovation.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Directive’s paid media campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Own full-funnel paid media efforts across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Review Sites and other B2B-relevant platforms.
  • Develop, test, and refine ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Conduct routine budget pacing checks, placement audits, and bid adjustments.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to the VP of Marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and RevOps teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with ad platform representatives to ensure Directive is leveraging best practices and staying ahead of changes.
