- 5+ years of experience in paid media roles with significant budget or P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of moving key metrics via paid media and other strategies in a way that considers both volume and efficiency
- Experience with many paid media and acquisition platforms and tactics, not deep experience in a small number
- Fluency in various methods of marketing measurement - last click and straight platform reporting isnβt enough
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A record of execution testing plans at scale with scientific structures and providing significant, actionable results
- Ability to work closely with finance and product/e-commerce teams to partner and explain how marketing impact is planned and assessed
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, brand values and efficiency targets
- Monitor first- and third-party performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights, partnering with marketing and e-commerce on performance and testing efforts
- Design and maintain relevant dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support acquisition campaigns and events (i.e. holidays)
- Manage and brief external partners and support to ensure aligned execution
- Partner with various internal functions to support annual and other media plans that integrate into larger business plans and calendars
- Manage 2-3 direct reports and at least one media agency
