Senior Operations Specialist, Executive Office

Manage BBBSA Atlanta office operations and supplies.
Execute correspondence, mailing, printing, and copying for the CEO.
Manage vendor relationships, tracking progress and payments.
Maintain electronic and physical executive office files.
Facilitate materials and presentation slide management for CEO meetings.
Operationalize data entry and lead reporting within Salesforce.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external executive meetings.
Submit credit card and reimbursement reports for the Executive Office.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff.
