Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with advanced performance marketing tools and automation to execute and manage campaigns efficiently.
  • Experience interfacing with Sales and Customer Experience platforms, such as Gong, ServiceHub, Vitally, ChurnZero, webinar platforms, etc.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute winning GTM strategies for innovative digital workplace training products and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs and evolving market trends.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to craft the strategic “why” behind the product, and then own resonant positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Define and drive product launch plans, ensuring seamless execution across all marketing channels (email, social media, paid ads, partnerships, events, etc.).
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand product features and translate them into clear, compelling marketing collateral.
  • Partner with demand gen and customer marketing to create and execute targeted integrated revenue campaigns.
  • Design and craft value-based messaging frameworks and enablement material for the entire EasyLlama product suite, empowering Sales and CX teams with the right product information and education. Proactively conduct workshops that facilitate cross-functional discussion aligned to these frameworks and key positioning criteria.
  • Identify and develop strategic product-focused content marketing initiatives, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Partner holistically with Product Management to leverage customer insights, feedback, and product usage data to refine and optimize messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively collaborate with Customer Success to develop and execute customer education initiatives, and create onboarding and engagement campaigns that drive adoption to ensure users maximize the value of our training content and LMS platform.
  • Build and nurture brand advocates through a Customer Advisory Panel and regular product webinars.
