- Develop Everlaw's overall strategy for expanding its channel and services partner business.
- Create and own the recruitment and development plan for new channel partners.
- Develop and bootstrap partnership-led strategy for international market expansion and new business segments.
- Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners.
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial partner deals and first-of-kind partnership agreements.
- Engage in business development with new partners to develop joint plans and acquire strategic customers.
- Serve as Everlaw's thought leader on partner channel business.
- Advise Everlaw's partner ecosystem on incorporating Everlaw and Everlaw AI Assistant into their services.
- Represent Everlaw at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, enablement, partner management) to align partnership strategy with revenue growth.
- Partner with sales teams to drive co-selling engagements.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements and ensure successful development and launch of new integrations.
- Collaborate with legal to lead complex negotiations and craft mutually beneficial agreements.
