Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimize Ashby’s marketing technology stack workflows, data, and integrations.
  • Lead evaluations of new technologies, including maintaining a strong pulse on the evolving martech landscape.
  • Own the quality and governance of marketing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Maintain our source data attribution model and DreamData W-shaped attribution model.
  • In partnership with the Demand Generation team, maintain our CRM’s Account, Contact, and Intent Signals.
  • Ensure integration with Sales and Marketing automation, and regularly run a QA process for accuracy.
  • Enrich the CRM to support ABM efforts.
  • Analytical skills to create insightful reports, interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Content, Demand Generation, and Events teams to execute and measure marketing campaigns, and ensure data/contact lists are correctly uploaded to Hubspot.
  • Build data fluency that you are able to confidently identify and troubleshoot anomalies, addressing root causes to ensure reliable metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for, and implementation of, scalable processes to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows to support future growth.
  • Act as a key link between Marketing programs and Sales execution within the Revenue Operations team.
  • Foster alignment, effective communication, and shared success across teams.
