Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 mid-market and account executives, 1 BDR, 1 SDR to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets
  • Provide continuous feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with Head of Sales and CS to creatively come up with solutions and build on the original sales playbook to maximise the output of the sales team
  • Monitor performance goals and metrics for the sales team and their progress towards meeting these goals (maximising the core KPIs: ARR, Churn, account usage)
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement (market mapping, general approach to market, toolings we can use to maximise our efforts)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to Head of Sales and CS
  • Help reps on key deals and participating in high-level negotiations and discussions as needed
