Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Bring in new energy storage and solar-plus-storage opportunities by identifying and qualifying commercial and industrial leads
  • Complete due diligence on potential opportunities by effectively mining organizations, maps, social networks, and other publicly available resources to identify appropriate prospects
  • Engage in daily outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) to find correct points of contact and convey Convergent’s value proposition over the phone and via email
  • Lead discovery calls with customers and shadow senior sales professionals on the remainder of the sales cycle, including proposals and contracting
  • Keep our internal CRM up to date to reflect all call and contact details accurately
  • Support the overall Convergent mission by assisting with other teams’ functions, including marketing initiatives and team/company trainings
  • Stay current on Convergent, the competitive landscape, and energy market trends
