- Partner with leaders across technical teams to scale their departments, advising on search strategies and providing tailored, scalable solutions
- Act as the primary owner for all technical hiring, including Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering closely with senior leadership to develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies
- Leverage metrics to diagnose gaps and proactively provide solutions, keeping a strong pulse on Eng hiring trends and the impact it has on your funnels
- Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers with a focus on performance and career growth, embracing Headwayโs feedback culture
- Partner with tech leadership on optimizing the structured interview process
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to resolve obstacles, improve processes, and better meet the needs of your stakeholders
- Contribute to projects and initiatives to improve operational excellence and broader TA team efforts
