- Provide exceptional patient care for all calls after business hours
- Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools
- Identify and address patient concerns
- Address acute clinical concerns with close collaboration with the patient’s providers
- Provide telephonic education to patients
- Participate in Innovation team projects
- Ensure excellent quality of care provided during on-call and triage interactions
