Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of Marketing Operations experience
  • Subject matter expert for operational excellence, and have expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with various event tooling (ex., Zoom, Splash, LiveEvent, ON24, iCapture, etc) and landing page systems (ex., Unbounce)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution across channels
  • Ensure proper UTM tracking and enforce Salesforce campaign governance for consistent reporting and attribution
  • Develop and enforce robust quality assurance standards to ensure operational excellence and campaign accuracy
  • Design complex, automated email nurture flows and continuously iterate to improve conversion performance
  • Own the technical setup and execution of both online and in-person marketing events, ensuring seamless experiences
  • Create and manage compliant, efficient list import processes to support targeted campaign execution
  • Develop training materials and documentation to empower marketers with self-serve campaign capabilities
  • Manage and improve the Marketing Ops ticketing system (e.g., JIRA) to streamline requests and accelerate campaign launch cycles
  • Monitor and report on campaigns performance and impact
