  • As the first manager of our Business Development team, you’ll spearhead our efforts to source new clients, build out our lead generation strategy, and drive marketing.
  • Your ultimate responsibility will be to drive the overall volume of lead generation for the company.
  • You’ll apply your background to help structure our lead generation process and business development team, including advising and mentoring more junior SDRs and BDAs.
  • You’ll become an expert at recognizing who our platform can help and why, evangelizing the benefits of well-designed software in biotech, and enabling us to grow.
  • You’ll need to travel to conferences and client sites to build in-person relationships and deeply understand scientists’ workflows.

  • You will work directly with scientists and engineers to understand their most important problems and automate them away using Ganymede’s platform.
  • You will have substantial autonomy to execute projects end-to-end.
  • You will apply your problem-solving, creativity, and technical skills to derive and implement solutions to drive real-world impact.
  • You’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing problems by working with client executives and users, building a deep understanding of their lab instruments and scientific analysis.
  • You’ll collaborate with fellow engineers to define the architecture needed for Ganymede core platform, integrate our web backend and infra into client systems, and develop applications to interact with biotech lab instrument hardware.
