Requirements:

• 2-3 years in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally in Web3/DeFi.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3, and crypto protocols, with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
• Experience qualifying leads, managing outbound/inbound sales, and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify inbound leads, progressing them through the pipeline to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial outreach to closed-won deals.
• Spearhead outbound efforts to identify and engage key projects and stakeholders, driving new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients throughout the deal cycle, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
• Build and nurture key customer relationships, focusing on driving long-term value and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at key Web3, Fintech, Blockchain, and DeFi events.
