Requirements:
Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must. JD candidate or graduate preferred. Highly preferred to have completed at least one intellectual property course. Undergraduate degree in a field of science or engineering is highly preferred. Experience with prior art searching and analysis is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist with legal internship and fellowship positions. Support legal and database activities, including PATROLL prior art search contests. Potential assistance with PTAB analytics. Help in drafting papers for IPR proceedings.
