- Experience with prior art searching and analysis is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal internship and fellowship positions.
- Support legal and database activities, including PATROLL prior art search contests.
- Potential assistance with PTAB analytics.
- Help in drafting papers for IPR proceedings.
