Senior IT Operations Engineer

Build and own automation and integrations across AWS, GCP, Okta Workflows, Workato, REST APIs, and webhooks.
Write scripts in Python or Go and define infrastructure with Terraform for deployment through GitLab CI/CD.
Own the Claude rollout, govern MCP servers and connectors, and support other requested AI tools and internal agents.
Administer Okta and Auth0, including identity lifecycle processes, MFA, SCIM, device trust, and access governance integrations.
Manage Cloudflare DNS, PKI, WAF, rate limiting, and email authentication, and support CloudFront sites and security investigations.
Own Google Workspace, Jira, JSM, Confluence, Slack, and GitLab, and handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 service desk escalations.
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, manage vendor support cases, and support device-based access policies.
Write runbooks, architecture notes, and handoff documents; maintain hardware, software, and resource inventories.
Identify process and infrastructure weaknesses and implement improvements for reliable, secure operations.
