- 8-12 months of experience as a successful SDR in an outbound capacity, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Outbound calling experience specifically in the DACH market.
- Native/C2 level proficiency in German and fluent in English.
- Strong sales instincts and motivation to learn and grow.
- Proactive and able to take initiative outside of assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and resourcefulness.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
- Drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads for Sales Executives.

- Advocate for Conga while educating prospects on the value it brings.
