- Undertake detailed discovery and scoping sessions with multiple personas to uncover pain points and metrics.
- Create customer-facing deliverables including services proposals, budgetary proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Present proposals to C-Level Executives.
- Negotiate and build customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on all Conga solutions and services.
- Act independently to determine deal strategies and positioning.
- Work as part of a POD to define and execute sales strategy, territory planning, and pipeline creation.
- Collaborate across internal organizations to drive deals to completion.
- Manage strategy and risk at a deal level using Salesforce to track opportunities and forecast.
- Understand deal financials and drive team towards region and company goals.
