Requirements:
2+ years of successful higher education sales experience required. 4+ years in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and successful outbound prospecting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Salesforce proficiency and experience with sales engagement tools is a plus. Strong detail orientation and ability to overcome sales objections. Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and team player mentality.
Responsibilities:
Outbound prospecting into existing customers via calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Drive referrals and introductions within existing customer relationships. Create and maintain relationships with higher education customers for near and long-term opportunities. Identify client pain points and facilitate online presentations and product demonstrations. Manage objections through a consultative approach and maintain communication with prospects. Log sales activities in Salesforce.com and recommend solutions, proposals, and contracts.
