- Develop and execute a team growth plan, including recruiting, onboarding, and career pathing.
- Own a portfolio of strategic builder accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and execute go-to-market account plans, including target volume, SKU mix, and display strategy.
- Lead executive-level builder engagements, including site visits and leadership briefings.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, credit, and marketing to optimize builder experience.
- Set and monitor the regional operating plan and define territory segmentation.
