Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA is desired
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results is required
  • Prior experience in the Display & Signage industry preferred but not required.
  • Experience cultivating relationships and selling products or services to large national hotels
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for LG Hospitality Display group’s largest revenue generating accounts
  • Responsible for negotiating and maintaining lucrative National contracts with Large National Hotel Chains that results in increased market share and sales growth for LG
  • Work with accounts to establish LG as brand standard.
  • Find new business Opportunities and National Accounts that LG does not currently serve
  • Responsible for creating and implementing value add strategies within these National Accounts
  • Align with Accounts I/T and guestroom entertainment to Understand and deliver Voice of Customer to LG internal departments in effort to develop new products and solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Introduce clients and prospects to other non-display products such as EV Chargers, Robotics, Air Conditioning, Air Purification and appliances.
  • Support marketing with lead generation tactics at trade events
  • Proficiency with Salesforce to effectively manage existing accounts and opportunities but also use it to reach on-going prospects
  • Leverage value added resellers, distributors, dealers to ensure maximum sales opportunity engagement with national account franchisee base
  • Active participant within service and support committee to enhance internal communication process and escalation plan to better support emergent client needs
  • Sets the key account business plans including client based trips to HQ to stimulate business discussions on a more meaningful product roadmap and to strengthen the partnership
  • Analyze sales plan, promotions, and inventory to determine success and communicate internally with LG Team corrective measures as needed.
  • Participate in C-Executive Networking Events, various conferences and industry shows/events to expand business partnerships for LG including acting as a spokesperson for public relations
