Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role, preferably in Field Service.
• Experience repairing major appliances including refrigeration systems and cooking products.
• Proficient in using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document issues effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Physical capability to perform field service repair duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Proper use of all safety equipment and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, assess extent, document findings, and make repair or replacement decisions.
• Process paperwork and perform data entry post-job completion.
• Pre-screen next day service calls by gathering necessary information.
• Meet or exceed company metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
