Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role, preferably in field service.
• Experience repairing major appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and cleaning products.
• Familiarity with tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Ability to meet physical requirements for field service repair, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance.
• Use safety equipment (PPE), vehicle, and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and make decisions to repair products and/or replace parts.
• Process paperwork and perform data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls to gather necessary information for diagnosis.
• Meet or exceed company metrics related to customer satisfaction and other performance indicators.
