- Manage Budderfly's referred contractor pipeline, evaluating prospective contractors based on business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Own, oversee, and continuously improve the contractor onboarding process from recruitment through activation.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and training activities with the Program Manager to ensure preparation for field work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, resolving issues and coordinating with internal departments.
- Manage contractor integration into systems including HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, and Sitetracker.
- Analyze onboarding metrics, training effectiveness, and pipeline activity to identify trends and report performance.
- Negotiate contractor pricing and contractual terms within established guidelines.
