Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound leads for the MyCase product, developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of AffiniPay's legal practice management software, MyCase.
  • Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain call volume of 45-60 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline.
  • Updating and maintaining Salesforce database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives.
  • Contacting and qualifying inbound leads, educating prospects about the product, and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
  • Engaging current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts.
