Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc. Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriate Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and needs Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep an ongoing pipeline Document all candidate activity during the candidate process Be creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key clinical networks to broaden the applicant pool
