- Provide candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
- Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
- Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner
- Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
- Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
- Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates
- Analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers
- Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
- Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
- Assist recruiters and managers with additional projects
