- 1 year + work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) and 6 months + of clinical recruiting experience.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress).
- Hands-on experience with selection processes including phone interviewing and reference checking.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
- Experience with recruiting software, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Team-oriented approach, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks across projects.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Consult with the hiring manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for each position.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting communication, including candidate summaries and reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company’s reputation as a 'best place to work'.
- Participate in social media platforms for recruitment.
- Assist with establishing best practices in the recruitment process.
