Compliance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/human services or equivalent career experience. 5+ years of experience in compliance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills. Ability to build rapport at all organizational levels. Demonstratable project management skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience advising and presenting to senior corporate personnel.

Ensure each office in assigned state(s) operates within company policy, state licensing regulations, and The Joint Commission Standards. Ensure staff onboarding complies with regulations. Maintain current employee files and proper operating procedures for compliance. Ensure compliance with environment of care and safety requirements. Host site visits and assist with corrective action plans post-survey. Draft individualized Policies and Procedures. Ensure timely completion of regulatory and accreditation requirements. Attend Quality Committee meetings and document them. Obtain facility licenses for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Treatment. Ensure a staff development plan meets all requirements in assigned state(s). Assist in compliance training and investigate issues.
