- Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is desired.
- Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

- Preferred experience with GIS, SmartSheet, Quorum, Salesforce, PowerBI.
- Identify and locate surface and gas estate ownership.
- Analyze, interpret, prepare, negotiate and acquire Midstream Agreements, Right of Ways and other surface-related contracts.
- Prepare, analyze and read landman title, assemble and analyze oil and gas data and maps.
- Identify potential pad sites and right of way locations and conduct pre-construction investigation and planning activities.
- Manage contractors to ensure surface projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with surveying, permitting, and construction personnel.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and settle damage claims.
- Collaborate with attorneys and third-party companies as needed.
