Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is desired.
• Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor in dealing with personnel.
• Drive to seek innovative performance improvements.
• Preferred experience with GIS, SmartSheet, Quorum, Salesforce, PowerBI.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and locate surface and gas estate ownership.
• Analyze, interpret, prepare, negotiate and acquire Midstream Agreements, Right of Ways and other surface-related contracts.
• Prepare, analyze and read landman title, assemble and analyze oil and gas data and maps.
• Identify potential pad sites and right of way locations and conduct pre-construction investigation and planning activities.
• Manage contractors to ensure surface projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Work closely with surveying, permitting, and construction personnel.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and settle damage claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys and third-party companies as needed.
