2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience. Experience and proficiency in behavioral interviewing. Technologically savvy with experience working with applicant tracking systems, Outlook and Microsoft Office. Thorough knowledge of various recruiting techniques and experience in online/social media recruitment. Thorough understanding of EEOC, AAP and OFCCP compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with talents in multitasking, project management and prioritization. Demonstrated attention to detail and organization. Customer service orientation, with negotiation skills and ability to interact with individuals of all levels.
