Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic account management.
  • Experience managing the supply side of a two-sided marketplace.
  • Proven ability to identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover revenue opportunities through data analysis.
  • High level of proficiency with data tools such as Excel and BI platforms; SQL skills are a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building internal consensus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-revenue SMB lending partnerships as the primary point of contact.
  • Onboard new partners to fill supply-side gaps and ensure a successful integration and performance ramp.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and deliver reports for business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pitch partnership growth opportunities by leveraging analytical insights and leading negotiations.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
